Our Services
KPA provides detailed weekly reports, the contents of which include: The rate and quality of work carried out / Progress against programme / observed defects / an ongoing log of defect rectification / record of time lost through inclement weather / labour and plant on site / Health & Safety observations. KPA staff attend Pre-Contract, Design; and Site Meetings. Additional services include: Snagging and De-Snagging of schemes (providing the client and contractor with detailed lists).
Our Clerks of Works take digital photographs to accompany their Reports. (Indicating observed defects and rate of progress). KPA ensures that all parties are kept up-to-date with current information, through the electronic distribution of Reports and Photographs.
