Keith Peattie Associates (KPA) is a specialist Clerk of Works Practice, established in 2000,  providing site inspection services and quality control. Our areas of expertise include: Housing Association projects, Universities; Sports, Leisure and Local Authority schemes

Services

Our Clerks of Works carry out regular inspections to ensure quality control, adherence to specifications and drawings, compliance with: Building Regulations, BRE's Code For Sustainable Homes, NHBC and Statutory Authority requirements.  For Housing Association projects, our Clerks of Works  ensure contractors' adherence to Scheme Development Standards.(See 'Our Services' for further details).
